How do I book a job with you?

Call or message us with your postcode and a short description of the problem or the install you want. We'll ask a few follow-up questions and arrange a time for someone to come and see the site.

How do you calculate the quote?

The engineer who visits measures the pipe run, checks the wall or wiring and gives you a fixed price in writing before any work starts, based on the materials and time the job actually needs.

When do I need to pay?

Payment is taken once the job is finished and you've signed off on the work, by cash or bank transfer only. There's no deposit unless a specific unit or part has to be ordered in for your job.

Can I cancel or move my appointment?

Yes, just let us know as early as you can. Given enough notice there's no charge for rescheduling, though last-minute cancellations may mean a small charge to cover the reserved slot.
