Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can reschedule or cancel a booked visit without charge if you tell us in good time. Late cancellations may carry a small charge to cover the time held for you.

Cancellation window

Cancel by phone or email up to 24 hours before the agreed start, and you pay nothing. Cancel later, and we may charge for materials already bought on your behalf, as stated in the quote.

Rescheduling

Moving the date costs nothing. We'll offer the nearest open slot within one business day.

When we owe you a refund

A full refund is owed when we're the ones cancelling, when we can't deliver the agreed scope, or when the finished work doesn't match the quote and we can't put it right within a reasonable time.

  • Deposits are refunded in full if a job is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit
  • Deposits for special-order parts are non-refundable once the parts have been ordered
  • If we can't complete agreed work to the standard set out in the quote, any payment taken for that part of the job is refunded
  • No refund is due once a repair or installation has been completed and signed off

How to ask for a refund

  1. Contact us by phone or email explaining the reason for the refund request
  2. We check the job record and confirm what's due back
  3. We return the amount by bank transfer within a few working days
