Airsmith started after years of seeing the same pattern: subcontracted installers rushing through jobs, using undersized pipe and skipping the pressure test that would have caught a leak before it became a callout. We wanted a small team that stood behind its own work.
We buy copper pipework and insulation from UK merchants rather than whatever's cheapest on a given week, and every system we touch is pressure and vacuum tested before we consider the job finished, with the readings logged and shown to the customer.
Pricing is fixed in writing after a site visit, with no retail markup hidden in a vague estimate. The engineer who quotes your job is the one who fits it, and payment is only taken once the work is done and you're happy with it.
We don't leave a site until the pressures, the drainage and the wiring all check out the way we'd want them in our own home.
Straight Pricing
The number we quote is the number on the invoice. We don't add extras once the wall is open.

We fit correctly sized copper and insulation, not whichever offcut happens to be in the van.
